1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

BrightNex Marketing provides Appointment Conversion & Revenue Recovery Systems, which include:

  • Old & new enquiry follow-ups

  • Lead qualification

  • Appointment booking

  • CRM / sheet setup

  • Process & workflow management

⚠️ We do not guarantee sales or revenue.
We provide process execution and appointment conversion support only.


2. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT

  • All services begin only after advance payment.

  • One-Time Setup Fee is mandatory before onboarding.

  • Monthly service fees are payable in advance.

  • Scope of work is strictly limited to the selected plan.

Any work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.


3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate enquiry data

  • Respond to booked appointments on time

  • Maintain service quality & pricing

  • Not misuse or resell our processes, scripts, or systems

Delays or non-cooperation from the client may impact results.


4. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE

BrightNex Marketing does not guarantee:

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Conversion percentage

  • Business growth

Results depend on:

  • Business category

  • Pricing & offers

  • Market demand

  • Client follow-up & closure


5. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All client data is treated as confidential.

  • Data is used only for service execution.

  • We do not sell or share client data with third parties.


6. TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate the service with 7 days written notice.

  • No refunds for completed or ongoing work.

  • Pending dues must be cleared before termination.


7. LEGAL JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Indian Law.
Jurisdiction: Tamil Nadu, India.

REFUND POLICY

1. ONE-TIME SETUP FEE

🔴 Non-Refundable

The setup fee covers:

  • System configuration

  • CRM / Sheet setup

  • Scripts & workflows

  • Resource allocation

Once work begins, no refund is applicable.


2. MONTHLY SERVICE FEES

  • Monthly fees are advance payments.

  • No refunds for partial months.

  • No refunds for unused enquiries or appointments.


3. ADS & THIRD-PARTY COSTS

  • Ad spend (if any) is paid directly by the client.

  • BrightNex Marketing is not responsible for ad platform policies.


4. CANCELLATION

  • Clients must provide 7 days written notice to cancel.

  • Services will continue until the paid period ends.

  • No refunds after cancellation notice.


5. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Client non-cooperation

  • Poor follow-up by client

  • Change of business decision

  • Unrealistic expectations

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Monthly Service Cancellation

2. Advance Payment

  • Setup fees & monthly service fees are non-refundable.

  • Work begins only after full advance payment.


3. Pay-Per-Lead Billing After Cancellation

If leads were already generated but not paid for:

  • Pay-per-lead invoices must be cleared

  • Leads generated until cancellation date are fully billable


4. Ad Campaigns

If campaigns run on BrightNex’s ad account:

  • We will pause ads within 24 hours

  • No refunds for running ads already spent

If campaigns run on the client’s ad account:

  • Client must pause ads from their end


5. Landing Pages & Creatives

All created landing pages, ad copies, and creatives remain BrightNex Marketing’s property unless otherwise contracted.

  • Dashboard updates within 60 minutes.


3. Campaign Setup Time

After receiving onboarding details:

  • Meta Ads Setup: 24–48 hours

  • Google Ads Setup: 48–72 hours

  • LinkedIn Ads Setup: 72 hours

  • Landing Page Setup: 2–3 days


4. Response Time

  • Email/WhatsApp Support Response: 2–6 hours

  • Lead Issue or Replacement Review: 24 hours

  • Technical Fix: 24–48 hours


5. Quality of Service

We ensure:

  • Verified data collection

  • Daily campaign optimization

  • Lead delivery accuracy

  • Reporting transparency

But we cannot guarantee:

  • Results beyond lead delivery

  • Sales conversions

  • Appointment attendance

  • Long-term outcomes
