4. Payments: All services must be paid in full or as per the agreed milestone terms. We reserve the right to suspend work on accounts with overdue payments.
5. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and code developed remain the property of BrightNex Marketing until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability: BrightNex Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Refund Policy
1. No Refunds on Completed Services: Once a service is delivered and approved, refunds will not be issued.
2. Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before work begins, a 90% refund will be issued. If cancelled after partial delivery, a partial refund will be calculated based on the completed work.
3. Subscription Services: Monthly or yearly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
